Conga Appoints Dayna Perry as Chief People Officer

Conga, the global leader in commercial operations transformation, announced the appointment of Dayna Perry as Chief People Officer. Perry brings extensive experience leading global HR teams. Her appointment is one of several executive new hires recently announced, including the addition of Randy Littleson as Chief Marketing Officer, Eric Salava as Chief Revenue Officer, and Grant Peterson as Chief Product Officer.

Prior to joining Conga, Perry spent her 25+ year career working with a variety of notable companies in e-commerce, mobile, software, financial, and manufacturing sectors. She has a wide range of experience partnering with the business and creating and delivering a positive employee experience. Over the past seven years she has served in various senior leadership roles at Amazon, supporting its International Consumer Business, Amazon Operations, and Worldwide Customer Service.

Perry holds both a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Her appointment is effective immediately. She will be based out of Conga’s Broomfield, Colorado office.
